Very friendly service with extreme attention to detail! I had alot of very rough spots in my car due to a spill and animal hair but they did an amazing job at removing almost all of it!

I wasn’t sure about trying someone in instagram but I’m glad I did and they did not disappoint. I have a suv that was pretty dirty from animals and kids. They followed through and came and did a great job. This was my first detail job and I’m glad I did it. The ones that did the work were very nice and worked hard. I love the way my car looks now.

He did such a great job! My truck had mass dog hair caked in the carpet and seats! He even clean the headliner! He saw mold starting and he fixed that too! I’m so happy with the job he did!

Avoid Pro Mobile Auto Detail and Antonio Holder I worked at Pro Mobile Auto Detail for 4 months, from the start of April to the beginning of August, under the ownership of Antonio Holder. Initially, Antonio seemed enthusiastic, discussing plans to make me manager of the Spokane location. However, his true colors soon showed. Questionable Business Practices Antonio doesn't run Pro Mobile Auto Detail as a legitimate business. He prioritizes quick profits over quality services, using cheap equipment and subpar products. This reflects his lack of investment in customer satisfaction or employee well-being. Consistent Pay Issues The first red flag was delayed paychecks. Antonio consistently failed to pay me on time, citing being "Personal problems" or having "payment processing issues." This problem persisted throughout my employment, with one instance where I went over a month without pay. Unfair Business Dealings Antonio and I partnered on a side business, Need A Detail, in May. He claimed I wouldn't receive payment since the money I made working for him would just be given back to him since we were going to be making payments on the van, despite my larger deposit. I worked for weeks without pay, only to eventually end up making the final payments to the van with my own money anyways. Ignoring Employee Concerns When my brother joined the team, we thought pay issues were resolved, with promises of getting out on payroll and timely payments. However, Antonio resumed delaying payments, ignoring our concerns and pressuring us to work without pay. When we refused, he became frustrated. Poor Communication and Professionalism Throughout my employment, Antonio demonstrated: - Disorganization - Unprofessionalism - Disrespect - Lack of accountability - Poor communication Systemic Disregard for Customer Satisfaction My brother and I witnessed a disturbing pattern: a lot of customers who pre-paid for services complained about Antonio ghosting them (not responding). They also reported poor quality work from detailers employed before us. Our Experience Was Not Isolated Multiple customers and former employees have shared similar complaints about Antonio's business practices. It's clear that Pro Mobile Auto Detail prioritizes profits over people. Protect Yourself Don't risk your money or vehicle with Antonio Holder and Pro Mobile Auto Detail.
